What grade of matcha do you supply?
We supply ceremonial, premium ceremonial, and culinary grades — each suited to different use cases. Ceremonial is ideal for straight preparation and high-end lattes, culinary works best for baking and blended drinks.
Where is your matcha sourced from?
Directly from farms in Shizuoka, Kagoshima, Japan — the most respected matcha-producing regions in the world.
We work with multiple farm partners to ensure consistent supply.
How fresh is the matcha when it arrives?
We recommend using within 3–6 months of opening and storing in a cool, dark place.
Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity?
We offer 1 kg packages for purchase, as well as 5 kg bulk options. For orders exceeding 5 kg, please contact us to discuss preferential pricing.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Can I order a sample before committing?
