Tea Society Refund & Return Policy
Opened Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for opened tea or matcha. This is to ensure the safety, freshness, and quality of our products.
Damages or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@theteasociety.com.au so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please reach out to us at info@theteasociety.com.au and we’ll advise on the best way to proceed.
Due to tea/matcha being consumables, we cannot accept exchanges on consumable tea/s.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
