We reserve the right to ship orders using our choice of carrier, depending on selected pick-up of goods, all orders are shipped via ground services and can be up to 7+ business days depending on the location. Any shipping times shown on this Website or by email are estimates only, and actual delivery dates may & can vary.

We dispatch all orders within Australia via Australia Post. Depending on your location and order size, your parcel may be sent via:

All parcels come with tracking, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at EMAIL within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll work with Australia Post to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
We ship internationally for a flat rate of $20. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may be affected by customs processing.
